All of my designs are bespoke and tailored to the individual customers requirements.
The normal process for the design of your website is for you to send me your texts and images for the website and perhaps any brochure or other advertising material you have. I will then work up a web design based on this material and place it on my testing server for you to approve. I can then make any adjustments that you want to the website prior to transferring it to your own web space/domain.
A basic website would typically be around 5-6 pages. This includes a Home page, an Enquiries page with a web based enquiry form avoiding the need to reveal your email address, a “Links” page (important for accommodating reciprocal links) and 2 or 3 additional pages to describe your business.
Typical cost for a basic website is around £400.
Dynamic Google Map
A dynamic Google map adds the option for users to get directions either to or from your location by selecting from a preset list of other locations.

Adding an availability calendar to your website allows visitors to see at a glance when your holiday let is available to rent.
The availability calendar has a separate secure administration page (password protected) where the site owner can update the calendar as required.
The colour scheme of the calendar would of course be adjusted to suit the individual website.
You may wish to add the option for website visitors to make reservations online using PayPal to process their payment and this facility can be added for an additional £50. (Please note that you will need a PayPal account to use this feature. I can help with setting this up if required).
If you have rather more images than can sensibly be included within the text of the page perhaps and image carousel might be a good way to display them.
Each image can have it’s own caption, including links to other pages or other websites if required.

Of course you may require additional bespoke features not mentioned here and would be happy to quote for these additions individually as per your specific requirements.
I have designed a number of online store web sites (please see portfolio). With an online store you can have any number of product items and these can be added, edited and managed by yourself (I will provide a manual, and can provide on site training if required at an additional cost).
These can be set up to handle a variety of payment options, the most common being online payment processing through PayPal or offline processing through your existing merchant account. An eCommerce enable website with a shopping cart typically works out at around £800.
In the case of businesses using a merchant account and collecting credit/debit card information directly there is the additional cost of providing site security certification (needs renewing annually) and this is around £120 year.

I offer hosting with one .co.uk domain name for £47 per year.
Additional domain names can be registered for your website and these will be charged at £12 for each additional name per year.
